Cupcakes
Did anybody read the article in the Fresno Bee today about the cupcake exchange. Made me think maybe we should do one either in lieu of cookies at Christmas or separately. I have run across so many good cupcake recipes lately. Input? Any interest?

Please bring your teacup and saucer to swap
($10 limit, please)
We will be exchanging teacups
and then using them for our tea party.

Alert!!! Venue change for tonight!
Hello ladies!!
Tammi has strep throat and is contagious, so we think it best not to go to her house tonight. If you all don't mind, we can meet at my house.
Since Superbowl was yesterday, I'll borrow some football lingo here: I'm going to have to punt, so be advised that my abode/yard is not up to my customary company-ready specifications. I will make sure we have a clean kitchen and dining room to work in, so there ya go.
I'm making phone calls right now. Carolyn may be the hardest to get a hold of, so it you talk to her before I do, please let her know.

Cupcake Earring Extravaganza!
Hello, Ladies!
We will be meeting at Tammi's house this month to make some adorable cupcake earrings. I tried to cut and paste samples off of the internet to show you what they look like, but everything's protected, darn it! Cost will only be $2.00 because I got screaming deals on all the supplies thanks to a Joann's 50% coupon and sales on the earring notions. (I didn't get any spray to make them shiny. If you could all weigh in on your preference, I'll know whether or not to go back and get the spray.) I got a multi-pack of sculptey with brown, white, hot pink, royal blue, dark purple, neon purple, lime green, neon orange, yellow, and red. I really encourage you to look at the website. There are so many cute ideas!
